Add Docker deployment support for Dokploy

- Add Dockerfile with multi-stage build
- Add docker-compose.yml with Traefik labels
- Add .dockerignore for optimal build context
- Update next.config.ts for standalone output
- Update DEPLOYMENT.md with Dokploy instructions
